I am getting a system message:
"You have reached the maximum accesses for this module in TRIALLOC Mode, Please Restore the TRIAL database."
 
How to fix it without losing existing data?

You need to put the Registation Keys.

I downloaded Dynsmics SL 7.0 from my msdn subscription and it did not ask for regestration during the install.
How do I add the registration key?

SL installation process doesn't require registration keys. Once SL is installed, you can go to Administration Menu and click on Registration and enter the registration keys.
