Hi,
 
Our users access Great Plains 10 through Citrix and one of our users has reported the following error message when he tries to log in the system:
 
Your login has been removed from the user activity file and you cannot be in the accounting system.
 
Noone in the company has access to the 'User Activity' file and therefore the user could not have been manually deleted from this file. 
 
Since, it is currently end of month, we created a new user ID so that the user can continue on working with the system. 
 
Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue?
