Hi, all, I'm new to the forum, so forgive me if I am repeating a question.  I am a new Director of IT for a small company who has been using Dynamics for years.  They have two admins who use the system administrator logon for everything they do, but with both users logging in with the same user name "admin", there is no audit trail.  It is a huge auditing issues for us and we get smacked each year by the auditor.  So, is there a way in Dynamics to set up named users as admins, with the same rights and privileges and then disable the sysadmin account?  I was told by one of the admins that Dynamics "needs" the sysadmin logon for connectivity and communication to the SQL database and I "can't" do that.  But there has to be a better way, right?  Thanks, and again, newbie, sorry if it is a repeat.
