vicibox 7.0.3, vicidial 2.12-15, Build 160508-0139, asterisk 11.22.0-vici, Single Machine.Other than Start Call URL: is there a method to integrate with the CRM? What about Knowlarity Integration? 
Or, is there CTI (Computer Telephony Integration)?Or, API's or (something like APIs) that can be embedded inside the CRM to have something same as the Agent Desktop (having Ready, Paused, Hangup ... etc) but to be part of the customer page in the CRM?

Please help

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
