In our CRM environment, we use teams and assign our users to one or more teams.

When a user creates a new activity (no matter which type), this user is also the owner of the activity. What we want to do is to restrict the access for our users only to the activities for which he is owner and those from other users in his team.

The users have a security role for which the [Read] privilege for the “Activity” entity is set to “User”.

But this user can see all activities (from all users), f.e. in the Advanced Find. He can also consult those activities.

What do I have to do (or what am I doing wrong) to restrict the access for a user only to his own activities and those of the other team members?

Thanks in advance…
