Connection Error Processing Credit Cards

I have a brand new Windows 10 workstation that is running RMS CU5, it worked perfectly for 2 days then stopped with the following error:

Connection Error: A network connection failed. Make sure you have a network (or Internet) connection and then try again.

We restored the machine back to the factory settings reinstalled and still received the same error, so we purchased a new machine everything worked for a couple days then same error.

I have uninstalled ALL DEll utils. I see when I try to process credit cards it makes a connections with Heartlands IP but doesn't look like any packets are sent and the error appears.

I am banging my head it just doesn't make sense.

I have reset IE, checked all configs, checked and updated all drivers and NO Luck

Any thoughts.
