I'm porting over a GP 6 to GP 2015 and trying to move over the custom menu code in the startup procedure.  It compiles but does not run.  Even when I run it with a debug it shows nothing.

Any suggestions?

local integer Seq,Status,LoadMode;
local integer l_result;

Seq = 0;

Status = AddCommandToMenu(DYNAMICS,
resourceid(form Command_Sales),
resourceid(command CL_Sales_Cards of form Command_Sales),

     Seq,
     Runtime_GetCurrentProductID(),
     resourceid(form Command_Sales),
     resourceid(command cmdSeparator),
     true,
     LoadMode);

if Status <> OKAY then
error "Could not add command Custom Menu";
end if;

if Trigger_RegisterProcedure(script CreateDefaultMenuStructure, TRIGGER_AFTER_ORIGINAL, script Style_Eyes_Open_Menu) <> SY_NOERR then
warning "Procedure trigger registration failed.";
end if;

if Trigger_RegisterProcedure(script 'OpenCommandForms', TRIGGER_AFTER_ORIGINAL, script Style_Eyes_Open_Menu) <> SY_NOERR then
warning "OpenCommandForms procedure trigger registration failed.";
end if;

I have a quick question before I dig too deep into your code (looks proper at first glance).  Are you testing this in run time mode with your chunk installed on a full client or is this in Dexterity test mode where you error?

If it's in Dex test mode then your product id should be 0, not your chunked off product.  Been there and done that when I first started to add commands.

Does this code also show issues on dynamics installed on Windows Virtual Desktop Azure?

Let me know.

Regards.
