We are installing a new POS with RMS 2.0. We have installed the OPOS drivers for the printer. We have tested the drivers with the utility that came with the driver. We have configured the printer in the Store Manager. But when we try to print it give us this error. Invalid Operation 426: The printer cannot be accessed. It may be locked by another application.

We are using Windows 7 Pro 64bit. The printer is a Bixolon SRP-350plusII.

Can anyone shed some light on this error?

Did you try Configuration > Options > POS Options > Share the OPOS printer with other applications.
