Grasping at straws, we have a consulting company setting up Dynamics SL for us and importing our old data from our previous accounting software.  Dynamics, SQL, and Business portal have been installed and linked to AD. What our upper management wants is to be able to access the business portal using the same username as our email, but with a different password, and have the users be able to change the default password they are given inside of BP (and not hire a software engineer to do it).  Everyone I have talked to has bassically said if can not be done.

Any Out of the Box ideas?

Thanks in advance, (just a little flustrated)
