Hello,

I tried to go through the topics, but I could not find anything. So I apologize if it is a repeat post
Here is the description of the problem:
Currently the store uses IC Verify, Since it is not compliant we are switching to PC Charge, Version 5.7
SP 9A. I went to RMS Adminisrator on the Server: Configure, change from IC Verify to PC Charge, choose the proper path //server/Active Charge (the directory is also shared on the network), click on Advanced Options put merchant number + tid number, and I am not able to process credit card: I get message denied., when I try to run a credit card. PC Charge tech support tested the Payment Server and they confirmed that it functions properly.
Credit Card Processing is FDMS Envoy/FDC Nashville that was not available in the RMS menu, i was told that I should choose Cardnet for the network. I change the path back to IcVerify and it works. Any help is appreciated
