I need your help; a user of GP 8 on SQL 2000 is failing to do Bank Transfers. He gets the ‘Access to this Cheque Book has been denied’ error message.

However the user has access to all the cheque books. I have tried refreshing cheque book access but to no avail.

Would anyone be able to help?

It seems you have cashbook management module installed, If so then the access should be defined in cashbook management setup for checkbooks.
