I have a user stuck in Gp.  When I try to delete the user I get the following message:
 
A get/change operation on table "SY_End_Routines_Check_MSTR' failed accessing SQL data
 
I have logged her out of Citrix, we have restarted the server, I ran check-links on security access.
 
How do I fix?

You will need to perform more investigations on this issue, log GP activities and post the command that caused the problem, check KB below on how to create DEXSQL file:
