Error on Client Workstation Installation

Hi All,

I just installed Dynamics SL 7.0 on Windows Server 2003. Everything is good. Also, it gave no error when I installed Client Workstation. After I restarted computer and tried to run it, it gives an error.

Error:
System Message: 9867
Message was not found in message file.
 
Did you ever meet this problem?
I really appreicate if you can help me out.

Make sure your map drive is pointing to correct shared folder.

I double check my share folders and it is in the correct path.
 
When I installed Dynamics SL, I chosed some modules that our company did not pay for. So, there are some modules which are installed but cannot be used.
 
Is this the reason for the error message?

No... that typically will not cause this error.  Typically, this is caused by having 7.0 SP1 on the server and 7.0 NO SP on the workstation.  The fix for this is to install the SP on the workstation.

Confirming the mapped drive was to the correct "SL" folder on the server AND making sure the workstation machine also had the Service Pack installed fixed this error for me.
