Delete everything in %temp% folder.

Do you see anything related in EventViewer?

Nothing in the event viewer; and I deleted all contents of the temp directories (including the ones in Windows, C:\, and the profile under local settings)

Also made sure dexterity folder under microsoft shared was deleted

Deleted all entries from the installer folder that related

Oddly I can install other applications; just not GP

I know others have this odd behaviour also but no one knows the route cause :-(

Thanks again for the response

I am still having this problem in a Win XP Pro machine.  I have tried everything that I have found and still cannot get the setup to run.

I really don't want to have to rebuild my machine just to install GP, there has to be a solution to this.

Please help.

The install method I had for a silent install didnt allow for add/remove or the install of additional products

Do you have a method that allows for these?

Thanks

Install the basic from the silent install. Then, the program will show up in Add/Remove Program in Control Panel and then you can add/remove the modules from there.
