How do i run Dynamics GP 10.0 from my code.I would be passing Username,password,server and company name through my code.

You could use the continuum method which allows you to pass Dex code to the Dynamics.exe from another langauge (such as VB, C#, etc).
 
Alternatively, your code code write a macro file on the fly and then launch Dynamics with the macro in the application path.
