I have recently upgraded, on a test server, my GP version 8 to version 9.  When I try to upgrade my clients by using the automated feture I recieve an error stating that the table 'duCompanyVersions' is missing.  Any ideas?

Your upgrade was not successful.

duCompanyVersions checks the version of tables in your database (DYNAMICS..DU000010). Either a table is missing or one or more table failed to upgrade.

Did you run DYNUTILS as part of your upgrade? Did any tables fail to upgrade?

You may want to edit your DEX.INI file to create a SQL log file. This may help you find the offending table.
Have fun!
John
